Membership privileges include rewards points, priority spa bookings, special offers, previews, gifts & invitations to exclusive events. Eligible members will also receive a free Spa Ceylon luxury spa ritual on their birthday. In addition, members also have the option to transfer rewards points to the Sri Lankan Airlines FlySmiles program to enjoy a world of air travel benefits.
Spa Ceylon Wellness Club membership programme has 4 tiers.

To enter to Emerald Rewards tier, simply spend a minimum of Rs.5,000 on a single bill at any Spa Ceylon boutique or spa and start earning points right away. Emerald members earn 25 points for every Rs.1000 spent on products & services at all Spa Ceylon boutiques & spas. Emerald members are unable to redeem the points at this tier. You can enter to the Platinum Rewards tier by earning 1000 points within 4 months.
To enter to Platinum Rewards tier, simply spend a minimum of Rs.20,000 on a single bill at any Spa Ceylon boutique or spa and start earning points. Platinum members earn 100 points for every Rs.1000 spent on products & services at all Spa Ceylon boutiques & spas. 1000 Spa Ceylon Platinum Rewards Points = Rs. 1000. Points collected may be redeemed for spa products, spa rituals & gift vouchers at all Spa Ceylon boutiques & spas.
If you are a Flysmiles member, you may also convert your rewards points to Flysmiles miles to redeem free Sri Lankan airlines air tickets & upgrades! 10 Spa Ceylon platinum rewards points = 1 flysmiles mile
You can upgrade to Titanium Rewards by earning a minimum of 25,000 rewards points within 12 months and get further rewarded with the exclusive titanium rewards card offering 50% more rewards points & a host of other extra benefits.

Terms & Conditions
- Spa Ceylon Wellness Club and Spa Ceylon Mobile App (to be launched) is a property of SPA CEYLON Pvt Ltd and the membership is non-transferable.
- All operations relating to the Membership programme are governed by Spa Ceylon.
- Membership is restricted to Sri Lankan citizens & resident visa holders only. Guests need to have a Sri Lankan registered mobile number to enter to the membership programme.
- Upon entering to Emerald & Platinum, Spa Ceylon Customer service will contact the new members for the contact details verification. Until contact details are verified, membership status will not get activated.
- Reward points can be earned or redeemed on presentation of the membership card/ mobile app by the member only.
- Points will be added to the Rewards accounts based on the applicable Rewards Structure.

- Wholesale purchases are not eligible for member tier upgrades.
- Members will not be eligible for Rewards Points when the full or partial payment is done via loyalty points or gift certificates.
- Members will not be eligible for Rewards Points when any other offer is added to the Invoice.
- Points earned can only be redeemed at Spa Ceylon outlets as per the applicable redemption structure & cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Minimum redemption value is 1,000 points = Rs.1,000 and redemption can be done in multiples of 1,000.
- Points cannot be redeemed on the day of joining the Spa Ceylon Wellness Club.
- Minimum 1,000 points account balance is required to retain membership status for Platinum and Titanium Rewards members.
- Membership is valid for 12 months period from the date of joining.
- Emerald Membership will be downgraded if there’s no transaction for a period of 12 months.
- Platinum Membership will be downgraded if the total spent for a period of 12 months is less than 60,000.
- Titanium Membership will be downgraded if the total spent for a period of 12 months is less than 120,000.
- Mobile App may take upto 24hrs to update the earned points.
- Spa Ceylon reserves the right to accept or decline the use of the membership at any point.
- On registering with the mobile app, applicants agree to be notified of special offers & promotions at Spa Ceylon through the contact details given.
- Spa Ceylon reserves the right to terminate this rewards programme at any time without prior notice.
- All existing Platinum rewards members will be moved to Spa Ceylon Wellness Club – Platinum tier with the remaining account balances. If the Platinum member has not provided a correct mobile number, they should contact firstname.lastname@example.org to transfer their accounts.
- Members should inform Spa Ceylon in case any changes happen to Mobile Number and Email address used for member registration.
- Membership is for personal use only and we may in our sole discretion refuse any applications or terminate a membership and/or cancel or reduce points at any time if we consider your transactions to be excessive and/or are for commercial or non-domestic purposes or subject to onward sale or delivery.
- Only the mobile number using on the phone can be used for the mobile app registration.
Terms & Condition for the Rewards Member Birthday offer
- Offer is for a complementary Luxury Foot Ritual for 60 minutes
- Offer is applicable only for Platinum and Titanium Rewards members only.
- In order to be eligible for the birthday offer, new members have to be active for a minimum of 6 months with a minimum spent of Rs.10,000.
- In order to be eligible for the birthday offer, existing members have to be active with a minimum spent of Rs.25,000 during the last 6 months.
- Offer is valid for the day of member’s birthday & 2 days after. Offer is not valid on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
- A message will be sent to the customer mobile app indicating the birthday offer; this will be expired after the validity period.
- Prior reservation is required & inform member to mention reservation is for the “Birthday Offer”.
- Received birthday coupon (mobile app) has to be present at the presented at the reception in order to claim the offer.
- Offer cannot be claimed at Resort or City Hotel Spas [Mahawali Reach, Negombo Heritance, & Movenpick].
