Product Return Policy

Spa Ceylon will accept any product that the customer is not happy with and will refund the price of the product in full or replace with another product of the customer’s choice. The product has to be returned to Sri Lanka at the customer’s expense, within 4 weeks of purchase, together with the invoice/receipt received from Spa Ceylon at the time of the original purchase. If a replacement is required due to product defect, Spa Ceylon will bear the cost of shipping from Sri Lanka to the destination of the customer - as per the original invoice.
